We ship all Domestic + International Orders via Australia Post

Express Post Delivery $9.95 (1- 3 Working Days) 

* If you’ve spend over AUD$300, then we send the package over to you via Express Post for free!

New Zealand & Singapore: AUD$20

United States and all other International: USD$30

 

EXPRESS POST DELIVERY

Orders placed before AEST 2pm Monday – Friday are dispatched on the same day. Orders going to metropolitan areas in Australia (excl. Perth & Darwin) should arrive next business day*.

Orders placed after AEST 2pm will be received within 2- 3 business days.

We love to get your items to you as swiftly as possible, though we can’t guarantee 100% next day delivery in all cases, even though we wish we could.

Australia Post is our provider and works extremely hard to get deliveries to all our customers on time, however sometimes there are some situations that can cause unavoidable delays.

If you happen to place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be duly processed the next business day and received the following, just like we described in the above scenario.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY

All orders placed before AEST 2pm will be sent out the same business day via Aus Post’s Parcel Post service.  Orders placed after AEST 2pm will be sent out the following business day.

Duration of delivery will vary depending on your location anywhere from 2-6 business days. All packaged are sent from our warehouse in Alexandria (postcode 2015).

International

Please allow between 5-10 business days to receive your package from the time you place your order. But don’t worry we’ll keep you up to date by sending you a tracking number so you can view your package’s progress. 

Also best be aware that some international shipments can be subject to customs or import duties once they reach their destination. In these circumstances the responsibility falls on you to pay the charges to release the goods from the shipment. Unfortunately we’re unable to estimate what these charges will be, so we recommend you contact your local customs office to find out the exact deal.

 

LOCATION:

Please note that if you are based in New Zealand or Singapore, you will be shopping on our Australian website in AUD currency & AU sizing. If you are based anywhere else in the world you will be shopping from our US website in USD currency & US sizing. Please see our size chart below for reference:

  • SIZE 6 AU  –  2 US

  • SIZE 10 AU  –  6 US

RETURNS

We value each and every one of our Milanja ladies and we want you to be over the moon with your purchase. If you are under the moon, please follow the steps below to process your return:

1. Contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#)

2.  Once you have received your RA# from our team, please fill in your Return Slip (incl. in your original package) and post it back with your order. If you have misplaced your slip please email us for a copy.

3.  Orders must be returned within 14 Working Days from the day you received it. Unfortunately if your return exceeds our 14 Working Day policy we will not be able to process your return (sorry ladies!).

*If you are an International Milanja gal and wish to return your order please notify us immediately via email and we will assist you with your return. We understand your return may take longer than 14 Working Days to get back to us.

Pre Orders

When purchased pre order item allow 3 weeks for delivery

 

Made order

50% deposit is required for and special made to order garments. This is not refundable
We only allow Exchanges or Credit notes on Sale Items, not Refunds

Items must be returned to us for a REFUND, EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE according to the following conditions:

-The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in it’s original condition with all our tags attached. Your garment must be free of make-up marks, deodorant marks, in fact it needs to be free of any/all marks. -It arrives at our office within 14 working days of you receiving it in your hot hands. -It has been approved through Milanja Customer Service Team and you have obtained a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#) via info@milanja.com or phone +61 404 647 822. The returns slip provided with your order must be completed, please don’t leave out any of the questions we have asked otherwise there may be delays in processing your return and let’s face it that’s not how we want to roll. -If you wish to exchange, please notify us with your preferred style/size/colour as soon as possible, so you don’t miss out. -For sale items: We will only provide an exchange or credit note, NO REFUNDS ON SALE. We need to receive the item back within the same conditions outlined above, along with your exchange request/s via email, phone, or noted on your returns slip. It must be an item available on the e-boutique within the 14 working day time frame. Exchanges are sent out free of charge. You are responsible for posting your return goods back to Milanja.  We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking (such as Australia Post Express satchels, within Australia).  This ensures safe receipt of goods and prevents missing items because that would break both our hearts. Milanja is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels so please be sure to use the above method. *Refunds are processed less the return postage. Please note: the original postage charge cannot be refunded either. Where a receipt for postage is provided to return faulty goods, the cost will be refunded ONLY up to the amount of original postage paid (see DELIVERY COSTS at top of page). Any additional payment made by you to return faulty goods to Milanja the original postage charge paid by you, will not be refunded, insert broken heart emoji here. Refunds are made against the original payment method used. We cannot refund onto a different card. We process refunds within 1- 3 days of receiving them, however please keep in mind they can take up to 10 business days to come back into your account.  If you have any other questions that we haven’t been able to answer here, then go ahead and email  info@milanja.com, or call us on +61 404 647 822. Please be advised Credit Notes are valid for 8 Weeks from the date given Credits can only be used on our Online Store: milanja.com
There are strictly no extensions on all Credits
Credits are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers / promotions
